All Shoosha orders are shipped by courier or by Canada Post.

All Consumer Orders over $50.00 include Free Shipping.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Return and Refund Policy

Canada:
We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 21 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be returned, and refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

United States:
For our U.S. customers, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit within 21 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for U.S. orders.

International Orders & Clearance Sales:
All international orders and clearance sales are considered final sale and are ineligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges unless the product was faulty or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at order@shoosha.co, and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund/store credit.

Please ensure to include your order number when contacting us for any issues related to returns, refunds, or exchanges.

How to Cancel An Item:
We will cancel and refund all items that have not shipped.
