We are issuing an update regarding specific lots of Shoosha Organic Face & Body Lotion:

• Organic Face & Body Lotion — Fragrance Free

• Organic Face & Body Lotion — French Lavender

Affected batch numbers (Expiration: February 2028):

2588301, 2588902, 2588402, 2588901

Batch number location: printed at the top/crimp of the tube.

What’s changed (recall → market withdrawal)

Based on the testing completed to date, we are downgrading our action from a voluntary recall to a voluntary market withdrawal for the lots listed above. This means we are withdrawing any remaining inventory from distributionwhile we complete packaging/environmental investigation.

What we know so far (testing update)

• Testing to date indicates the lotion itself had no detectable yeast or mold in the samples tested (<10, i.e., below the lab’s detection limit).

• The visible issue appears to have been localized near the top/crimp (headspace area) of a small number of tubes and did not spread into the lotion itself.

• We have not received reports of adverse reactions to date.

We are continuing packaging/environmental testing to confirm contributing factors and prevent recurrence.

What you should do now

• If your batch number matches one of the affected batches above, please stop using the product and contact us for next steps.

• If your batch number does not match, no action is needed.
